When my projects go on the market, they sell for a record price per square feet, while grabbing the attention of the biggest pool of buyers. My success is measured by how well I surpassed my clients expectations, and that I hit each timeline and budget on target. It is my personal promise; my handshake, that brings purpose to my business.

Julie spent much of her early career as an entrepreneur after playing on a division 1 full ride college basketball scholarship. After graduation, she focused her sites on competitive start up companies in the medical and technology fields, helping them sell or go public.  On the side, she honed in on her true calling and bought her first fixer flip when she was 25 in Los Angeles.  

For Julie, designing is really about the ‘art’ and ‘craft’ of trusting herself enough to weave her instincts and intention throughout the entire design process. Literally, from start to finish where she never allows too much logic to take form over instincts. She has been known to say that by allowing her free abandon in design to take hold is to make a choice of risk and expansion over comfort and safety. Her designs are evidence of that motto.
